Laser and Aquatic design

Ohneka, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, 2010

Héritage Maritime and Laser Quantum got together to promote tourism in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, a region whose history is closely linked to water since the construction of the Beauharnois Canal is a turning point in the past of this region.

To reflect this reality, it made sense to give water the starring role. It is thus with a unique multimedia water theatre that we put forward this regional particularity while creating a vivid and appealing event. This 20-minute show made of aquatic effects, a giant water screen, laser and video projections with a musical background is a first of its kind in Québec.

The participation of Laser Quantum in this project has earned the city of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield an Innovation in Tourism Award in 2010 while generating important economic repercussions.
